Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general office operations duties to support the smooth running of the business.
* Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including arranging medicals and site inductions.
* Provide administrative support to the Director, Accounts, Project Management, and WHS teams.
* Organize training schedules to ensure staff are up-to-date with necessary skills.
* Record meeting and toolbox talk minutes accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrate proficiency in computer software, including email and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Show attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
* Possess a valid driver's license.
