For nearly 20 years, Projex Building has provided high-quality building services to both private and government clients across the ACT, including commercial construction, residential multi-units, refurbishments, fitouts and more. We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Office Manager to join our fast-paced team environment. So, if you meet the requirements below and believe you would thrive in our energetic team, we'd love to receive your application.

The duties of this role
may include but are not limited to:

Create a welcoming and productive office environment that reflects the company culture, being responsible for:

* First impressions on arrival
* Office presentation and standards of cleanliness
* Stocktake and ordering stationery, supplies, uniforms and office equipment
* Managing office service providers i.e. cleaners and maintenance

Implement administration processes to improve business efficiency, and support and direct customers and staff, in particular the Directors, Finance, WHS, and HR, by:

* Assisting in the control of Bank Guarantees
* Collecting and distributing mail
* Managing office landline and security systems
* Overseeing new employee onboarding and provision of equipment/uniforms
* Booking staff travel, events, functions, training etc., advise staff and track attendance
* Answering queries via. email and phone
* Liaising with external IT Support as required

Assist Finance with Accounts Payable, including:

* Data Entry of invoices and claims
* Reconciliation of End of Month Statements
* Setup and maintain suppliers and subcontractors

The ideal applicant will have
:

* Ability to prioritise and work proactively
* Willingness to problem solve and adapt
* Warmth, confidence and a collaborative mindset
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent technical/computer skills, with experience using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Experience in a related role welcome
