Geelong based our client is looking for an exceptional, self-driven Senior Associate level Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PAE in business succession and estate planning to join the Commercial Law team, working closely with a Principal and Senior Associate to deliver high quality services to a diverse client base.

Experienced in the many facets of Corporate Commercial and business succession and estate planning, you will:
- Manage corporate commercial matters, including business and personal succession planning.
- Implement trust and estate planning solutions with a commercial lens.
- Design and deliver effective business structures and asset protection solutions.
- Deliver practical, client-focused legal advice tailored to business needs.
- Thrive in a high-pressure setting with strong communication and organisational skills.
