Role Details:
Reporting to the Mine Production Superintendent at St Ives, responsible for implementing and maintaining Goldfields Innovation & Technology pipeline projects.
Work on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, Fly in Fly out from Perth or Drive in Drive out from the Goldfields region.

Key Responsibilities:
Routine inspections, preventive measures, and condition reporting of machinery and fixed plant
Fault-finding, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of communications networks (Spectrum Analyzer, OTDR experience required)
Design, repair, and installation of Operational Technology systems on surface mining equipment, including Wenco fleet management, 2-way radios, collision awareness systems
Installation of communication equipment on trailers (4G LTE, MW links, Fibre Optics, Cabling)
Programming Motorola Digital Radios
Commissioning new communication technology
Record-keeping in CMMS- AMT/SAP
Ability to work independently and in teams
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in radio communications, telemetry networks, maintenance in mining environment
Open cabling ticket with fibre endorsement, structured cabling, coaxial (desirable)
Qualification in IT, Communications, or Instrumentation (desirable)
WA "A" Class Electrical Workers License (highly desirable)
Current manual C Class Driver's License
