* Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of clinical skills and communication teaching within the SARM Program.
* Coordinate topics and courses, ensuring curriculum innovation, inclusivity, and alignment with accreditation standards.
* Provide academic support, mentoring, and professional advice to students, fostering engagement and success.
* Contribute to academic leadership through best-practice teaching, team-based learning, and technology-enhanced approaches.
