Opportunity includes:
* Step into a pivotal role, managing a small team and overseeing key financial functions. You'll lead the charge in keeping operations running smoothly.
* Handle financial reporting across Australia and New Zealand, gaining international experience while working within a growing, global company.
* Play an integral role in the company's daily accounting operations.
* Though you'll work with the accountnig system, full training and ongoing support are available-helping you succeed and thrive in the role.
* This is a 3-month contract with the potential for a permanent position. You'll be able to make your mark on the company and advance your career long-term.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage daily accounting operations of the company
* Lead and support 2 team members.
* Prepare timely weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way.
* Work closely with the current accountant to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities
* Use the company accounting operating system to manage financial operations (Training will be provided).
Who We're Looking For:
* CPA-qualified Accountant with advanced accounting and auditing skills.
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* In-depth knowledge of financial reporting
* Proactive, hands-on professional with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with any accounting system or ability to quickly learn-training and support are available!
