Test Analyst
An established organisation within the utilities sector is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join their Melbourne-based team. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in utilities environments and hands‐on experience working with SAP, Field Service Management (FSM), or Salesforce Service Management platforms.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and execute manual test cases.
* Validate journeys and data integrations.
* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
* Maintain and enhance test frameworks.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience testing.
* Proven experience as a Test Analyst within the utilities sector (essential).
* Testing experience with SAP and/or Field Service Management and/or preferably Salesforce Service Management systems.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
