Responsibilities
You will empower and motivate employment consultants to drive the best outcomes for their clients. Lead by example, mentor and coach your team to hit their KPIs, and engage with your own clients to provide tailored employment services.

What We Need From You
- Ability to coach, motivate and provide guidance
- Ability to establish strong relationships
- A creative problem solver who can tackle complex issues as they arise
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Be willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Be able to secure a Working with Children Safely Card
