**About the Role**
Nomad Atomics is on a mission to make quantum sensing accessible and push the boundaries of our field. We are building world-leading quantum sensors to unlock new possibilities.
We seek a talented machine learning engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will contribute to building computational software in Python and develop innovative solutions for complex scientific challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our research team to translate cutting-edge algorithms into robust, scalable software.
* Become proficient in developing data ETL pipelines, software scaffolding, and comprehensive unit and integration tests.
* Work closely with our technology experts to design and implement efficient surveying techniques.
Requirements:
* Exceptional machine learning/computational software development skills in Python.
* Demonstrated experience with DevOps and MLOps practices.
* A strong quantitative intuition and ability to translate complex mathematical concepts into high-quality code.
* Familiarity with relevant libraries and technologies such as Scipy, Numpy, JAX, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Matplotlib, Plotly, PyMC.
* 3+ years of professional experience or an equivalent portfolio.
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
