This position will play a pivotal role in supporting staff with Information Communication Technology (ICT) needs and ensuring the department's cyber security. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on safe and secure practices for conducting work.

Requirements
* A deep understanding of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Strategy and Service Design processes
* Previous experience working with an IT Service Management (ITSM) Platform and user portal
* Experience delivering outcomes under a project management framework
Key qualifications: A demonstrated understanding of ITIL, previous experience working with ITSM platforms, and experience managing projects. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also essential.
