A Day in the Role
* Supporting the team in daily operations and team leadership.
* Providing expert advice to customers in-store and over the phone.
* Driving sales, managing promotions, and ensuring the team hits targets.
* Overseeing stock presentation and eye‐catching displays.
* Mentoring junior staff and assisting with technical product troubleshooting.
