About The Opportunity
Lead the strategic management and compliance of Councils landfill and transfer station facilities.
This role ensures environmental sustainability operational efficiency and community-focused waste services.
You'll oversee budgets contracts and critical projects that shape a cleaner greener Bundaberg.
About You
Holds a tertiary qualification in environmental science, environmental health or environmental engineering.
Brings extensive experience in environmental monitoring compliance and dispute resolution.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
Has proven ability in strategic planning policy development and stakeholder engagement.
Communicates effectively and thrives in a high-performance culture.
