Job Title: Coordinator of Client Services
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating client services to ensure continuity and efficiency. This role involves scheduling staff, managing client communication, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule staff to provide continuity in client services that meet each client's needs.
* Ensure staff schedules adhere to guidelines and rights within their collective agreement.
* Manage client communication and ensure all interactions are recorded in the Aged Care Management System.
* Attend and participate in team training sessions and meetings.
* Identify areas for continuous improvement in team practices, processes, and procedures.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have advanced-level administrative skills and a commitment to superior customer service delivery. Experience with client management systems is desirable. Essential criteria include evidence of COVID-19 vaccination, ability to obtain a National Police Clearance, and successful completion of pre-employment checks.
