This position involves providing comprehensive support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently in their homes. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for these individuals by assisting with daily activities, personal care, and medication management.
* Assistance with everyday tasks and chores at home
* Support with hygiene and personal grooming
* Aiding clients outside the home environment, ensuring their safety and well-being
* Helping with medication adherence, including dispensation as required
About You
* Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or aged care
* Relevant qualifications in disability or ageing support services
* Current First aid/CPR certification
* Manual handling skills
