As an experienced administrator with PA and receptionist/front of house experience, you will be a skilled multi-tasker, with a proactive, can-do attitude to work. You are a team-player, who values strong Client-relationships and strives in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
**To be successful in this role, you will**:
- Have previous administrative and receptionist experience in a corporate office environment
- Have experience providing PA support to more than one stakeholder, in Senior Management roles, preferably
- Be a diligent operator, able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Have strong influencing and exceptional communication skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Powerpoint and Excel
- Be eager to learn and enjoy growing your skills
- Be highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail
**The duties of this role will include**:
- Providing administrative support to a senior leader's calendar, including booking meetings, arranging travel and taking notes at meetings
- Making travel arrangements - working closely with your manager to coordinate schedules and manage bookings
- Organising deliveries of office supplies
- Managing the logistics of the office, including booking conference rooms and equipment for meetings
- Managing a diary to make sure that your executive or manager is prepared for all upcoming engagements
- Assisting with planning events, from organising catering to sourcing speakers and furniture for the event

The salary for this position is between $65,000 - $75,000.
