The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and adherence of our project management framework, managing multiple projects and delivery teams, developing relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to the professional development of internal staff, and more.
* Bachelor of Engineering - Civil with a minimum of 10 years experience
* Strong understanding of civil and pavement engineering principles, construction methods, and relevant state road authority specifications & regulations
* Proficiency in relevant software for project management and financial analysis
* Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
