In this role, you will
- Undertake recruitment activities/checks to ensure applicants are eligible for appointment in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
The essential requirements for this role are
- Demonstrated communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills for liaising with management and staff at all levels, to gain commitments and negotiate service delivery, priorities, deadlines, resources and other relevant issues.
- High level of professionalism and motivation to achieve outcomes.
- Effective interpersonal skills as evidenced by the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a range of competing interests.
