We have opportunities available for experienced Food and Beverage attendants and Waitstaff to work across our Food and Beverage outlets which includes our Conferencing and Event spaces. You will be confident in carrying three plates and a tray with drinks. If you have worked in a busy restaurant or have conferencing and events experience we would love to speak with you.
**Your role **will require you to converse with our guests by explaining our menu and beverage options, assist with dietary requirements and up-sell where possible. If you are working in our Conferencing and Events Spaces or outside at our beautiful Lagoon or Adults only pools, you will be running food and drinks to your section, while also ensuring that tables and Cabanas are kept clean and tidy.
*We require you to be available a minimum of 30 Hrs. a week and be able to work both morning and evening shifts.

To be successful you will hold a **current** **NSW RSA**, be a strong team player working well with colleagues, floor staff and our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements*
- Preferably an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer term employment.
- Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply, but will require a min of a 4 - 6 month commitment to the resort.
- Previous hotel, resort, events or restaurant experience would be highly regarded
- Previous experience working as a Food and Beverage attendant or Waiter
- **Current NSW RSA** and drivers licence
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
- High standard of grooming, presentation and communication
- Confidence in conversing with our guests and clients
- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
