About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position supports the front desk operations of the service department.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming customers and assisting with service enquiries
* Managing bookings and phone enquiries
* Preparing paperwork and ROs
* Liaising with technicians and Service Advisors
* Processing invoices and payments
* Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates
* Keeping the reception area professional and welcoming
Skills and Experience
* Previous reception or customer service experience (automotive advantageous)
* A friendly and professional communication style
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Confidence using systems and handling enquiries
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Current driver's licence
