Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our business. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office operations, effective coordination of staff and contractors, and maintaining compliance across multiple managed properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations to support the smooth running of multiple residential and commercial properties
* Coordinate and supervise administrative staff and building support teams across managed sites
* Oversee contractor engagement, scheduling, and performance to ensure timely maintenance and service delivery
* Monitor budgets, invoices, and operational expenses across properties, supporting cost control and reporting
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation relating to property operations, compliance, and tenant matters
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to address day-to-day operational issues and maintain service standards
* Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, building regulations, and company policies across all managed sites
* Support the coordination of maintenance activities and operational workflows to improve efficiency across the portfolio
* Assist senior management with reporting, planning, and ongoing operational improvements
* Maintain office systems, processes, and administrative procedures to support effective business operations
Skills and Experience Required
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in office management or operations management
* Proven experience in property, facilities, or building management (highly desirable)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience in budgeting, reporting, and administrative systems
* Knowledge of compliance, WHS, and contractor coordination
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Relevant qualification in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)
