A growing, West Perth-based Accounting and Advisory firm with international reach is seeking a Manager – Tax & Business Services to join its experienced and collaborative team.
The firm delivers high‑quality tax, compliance, and strategic advice to a broad range of private clients, SMEs, and startups. This is a leadership role with direct exposure to senior management, offering a mix of client responsibility, team oversight, and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
* Directly report to the Associate Directors and Managing Director
* Prepare financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
* Manage BAS, FBT, GST, payroll tax, and other statutory compliance
* Assist with tax planning, entity setups, and business structuring
* Maintain and grow strong client relationships
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Allocate, review, and manage the workflow of 2–3 junior accountants
* Mentor team members and ensure timely, accurate outcomes
About You
* 5+ years' experience in tax and/or business advisory
* Confident communicator and trusted client liaison
* Strong organisation and time‑management skills
* Proactive, detail‑oriented, and outcome‑driven
* At least 2 years in a leadership or review role (desirable)
* SMSF knowledge (desirable)
