Job Title
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a Graduate Accountant role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, tracking project costs, and preparing financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Accounting, with 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
* Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports in accounting systems
* Track project costs against budgets and prepare variance reports
* Assist with accounts payable/receivable and month-end procedures
* Monitor labour, materials, and subcontractor expenses by project
* Prepare financial reports and budget support documentation
* Maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations
* Support audit preparations and compliance requirements
* Process purchase orders and verify contractor invoices
* Assist with cash flow forecasting and job cost analysis
* Handle vendor database maintenance and contract tracking
Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Accounting
* Cost control experience with understanding of budget analysis, quantity capturing, and similar responsibilities
* Familiarity with project management tools such as P6, Prism, Vision CPM, or similar controlling software
* 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar role
