Real Estate Service Coordinator
The opportunity exists for a Real Estate Service Coordinator to join our client portfolio team based in Canberra. This role will involve managing client requests regarding property and facilities repairs and maintenance.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that each caller's request is managed from inception to completion and payment (if appropriate) to the satisfaction of the client. You will work on a rostered shift basis.
* Answer all incoming calls from multi-client portfolios.
* Ensure that requests are addressed in an expeditious manner.
* Analyse callers' needs and implement the best strategy to respond.
* Measure costs against established service provider guidelines.
* Verify and track work orders to completion.
* Approve invoices, arrange payment, interface with Accounts Payable department, and manage vendor payment queries.
* Take ownership for the ultimate resolution of the customer's problem.
* Contract Documentation.
* System process and workflow management.
* Subcontractor Management and Negotiations.
* Information Systems Applications.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experienced in Customer Service, ideally within a Call Centre environment.
* A good working knowledge of Word and Excel is also required.
* A desire to make your mark in the real estate industry and go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction.
* It would be extremely beneficial if you had experience using CISCO phone systems.
* Great communication skills.
* A background in or understanding of real estate would be preferable, and an understanding of commercial lease agreements would be highly beneficial but not essential.
* Must be an Australian Citizen.
