Hays is currently partnered with a Federal Government organisation to recruit a new APS5 Digital Delivery Officer to join them in a temporary capacity. This company is an independent statutory agency that is responsible for implementing programs that support a better life those with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.
**Your new role**

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day publishing of relevant content for key audiences. You will organise content workflows and make independent decisions relating to publishing content for digital channels. You will offer advice on best practice based on data, web accessibility and user experience principles.
You will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate and provide best practice ranging on matters of moderate to complex enquiries.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Contribute to the effective publishing of evidence-based web content, in consultation with stakeholders
- Using data to create optimal content placement and to ensure channels are user-friendly
- Ensuring all web content is accessible and aligns with the style and brand guidelines of the organisation
- Managing correspondence through team inboxes, including actioning and triaging requests to relevant team members for action.
**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications and or previous experience working in Marketing, Communications, Digital, Media or Content Improvement.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Capability to assist in the creation and management of projects to drive outcomes
- Experience working with Drupal content management system is highly desirable
