RPS is seeking Surveyors to join our growing teams in Cairns, Townsville and Mackay. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership of their projects, and grow into a leadership role. With mentoring available toward Registration and even Cadastral Endorsement, this role offers genuine career development and the support to reach your professional goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver end-to-end surveying services across infrastructure and development projects
* Manage fieldwork, calculations, data processing, and project communication
* Work closely with the Survey Manager and Team Leaders to support planning, mentoring, and technical delivery
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to RPS’s reputation for excellence
What We’re Looking For
* Registered (or working toward registration) with the Surveyors Board of Queensland – Associate or Graduate level (or able to gain registration)
* We are also keen to speak to you no matter stage you are at in your career
* Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a surveying role
* Proficiency with surveying equipment and software – experience with Trimble and 12D is highly regarded
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Willingness to mentor others and take on increased responsibility over time
* Drivers licence
