Join our Customer Support Team as a Call Centre Agent and make a meaningful impact! In this highly fulfilling role, you will:Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and emailOffer empathetic support and guidance during phone interactionsUtilise First Call Resolution to ensure our customers receive outstanding serviceThis role is a fantastic opportunity to work Full Time with a unique 4-day work week. Your hours will be 7:30am-5:30pm with a Rostered Day Off on Wednesday OR Thursday, your RDO will be confirmed after onboarding.To help you get started, you’ll initially work 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri for a 1-month training period at our Newington office. Once you’re up to speed, you’ll transition to our 4 day work week with the opportunity to WFH 2 days a week.About YouWe are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for customer service and a love for helping people. If you’re resilient, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Reliability and a strong work ethic are key.Experience with disability and related health products is a plus, but if you’re keen to learn, that’s great too!What We’re Looking ForWe are ready to support the right candidate to excel in this role.
