Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our property team.
* Conduct cadastral surveys, including subdivisions, strata and stratum subdivisions, land acquisitions, POSI, and other projects in NSW.
* Work on urban and rural projects with opportunities to mentor candidates for the Board exams.
* Manage the submission of survey documentation to statutory authorities and supervise field surveys to required standards.
* Provide advice to projects and clients on registered surveyor matters.
The ideal candidate will be registered with the NSW Board of Surveying and Spatial Information, have experience working with clients, and be proficient in software packages such as Magnet, 12d, and AutoCAD/BricsCAD.
