Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team and support the delivery of our tourism accommodation parks in Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing recruitment services, including candidate sourcing, proactive search for quality workforce, attracting and screening candidates, and managing contract requests.
Main Responsibilities
* Candidate resourcing for seasonal and permanent appointments
* Proactively searching for a quality workforce using all available tools
* Attracting, screening, interviewing, and reference checking candidates
* Collaborating with Regional Operations Managers and Business Partners to achieve quality and timely resourcing outcomes
Key Requirements
* Experience within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment role, preferably in Hospitality or Retail
* Strong project management and reporting capabilities
* Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management
* Proficiency in computer literacy and systems knowledge
