We are currently seeking a skilled Crane Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and challenging environment.

* As a Crane Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing a diverse fleet of cranes, predominantly Grove, Liebherr, FRanna, Tadano, Kobelco, Manitowoc models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on cranes.
* Perform preventative maintenance, scheduled servicing, and critical repairs following manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
* Maintain accurate technical records, including detailed job cards for all work performed.
* Manage stock levels of spare parts, oils, and consumables.
* Schedule and coordinate repairs and servicing to minimize downtime.
* Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
* A recognised trade qualification in plant mechanic, heavy vehicle mechanic, diesel fitter or equivalent is required.
* At least 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle mechanics, transport trailers, earthmoving equipment or similar is necessary.
* Willingness to relocate to Mackay or surrounding areas is essential.
* Experience with heavy vehicle maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs is highly valued.
* A strong understanding and adherence to WHS practices and procedures is crucial.
