Are you a Physio looking to start the next chapter of your Allied Health Career journey? We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.
What we are looking for
* At least 2 years experience in the field and full registration with AHPRA
* Experience in CHSP or NDIS
* Experience with outcome measures: DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mwt, VAS
* Experience in delivering services to geriatric and adult patients
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
* Aged Care experience preferred but not a necessity
* COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum)
What we offer
* Salary range $87,000-$110,000, dependent on experience + Super
* In house Supervision provided by our Snr Physiotherapist (with 10 years' experience)
* 67% KPI case load
* Paid above award salary
* Travel to clients within the local area only
* Autonomy to build a case load based on your skill set
