Refresh and revitalise annual mandatory training to make it engaging, practical and focused on knowledge retention across a distributed workforce.
Professional development:
Create and manage a suite of professional development opportunities, including leadership days and targeted capability‑building programs.
People experience:
Support initiatives such as employee survey frameworks, reward and recognition, health and wellbeing, and connection activities.
Culture and organisational development:
Lead and contribute to culture, change and inclusion initiatives, including RAP and DEIB priorities, with a strong focus on connection across remote and multi‑site teams.
Digital learning and insights:
Manage LMS capability and use workforce, learning and performance insights to inform planning and continuous improvement.
Event management:
Take responsibility for the end‑of‑year conference.
