User Experience Strategist
This role involves leading UX research and design initiatives, driving continuous improvement and shaping superior digital client experiences. We are looking for an experienced User Experience Strategist to apply big-picture strategic thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail to uncover and address client and business needs.
In this pivotal role, you'll leverage data, insights, and stakeholder engagement to create impactful digital solutions. You will develop clear user stories, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, collaborating closely with UI designers and developers to ensure brand alignment and technical feasibility.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in digital/UX roles within professional services, agency or complex corporate environments.
* Deep expertise in user-centred design, visual consistency, and UX best practice.
* Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Proven skills in wireframing, prototyping, and proficiency with tools such as Figma.
* Strategic mindset, combining user insights, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
* Solid understanding of SEO strategies and integration with UX design.
