School Profile:
Murrumbidgee Regional High School is a large, comprehensive secondary school catering for years 7‐12, with 590 students including 12% Aboriginal and 22% Pasifika students. The school offers a strong academic and vocational curriculum with emphasis on hospitality, engineering and agriculture pathways, and supports inclusive education through Clontarf Academies, an Aboriginal Learning and Engagement Centre and a Pasifika Community Liaison Officer.

Selection Criteria
* Approval to teach English Years 7‐12.
* Well‐developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with all key stakeholders.
* Proven ability to develop innovative, engaging teaching and learning programs that cater for a diverse range of learners to improve student outcomes.
* Ability to use effective classroom management skills to create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment that fosters a culture of high expectations.
Conditions
Successful applicants may be entitled to a recruitment bonus of $20,000 (conditions apply). The maximum recruitment bonus is $20,000, paid on a pro‐rata basis for permanent part‐time teachers and executive staff.
Relocation support: $5,000 up to $8,000 available for eligible applicants.
Applicants must hold, or be able to obtain, a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education.
