Disability Support Worker – Hastings, VIC In-Home & Community Access Support (24/7 Roster) Are you passionate about providing meaningful support to people in their homes and communities? * Provide person-centered in-home and community support to multiple clients.
* Assist with personal cares, manual handling, daily living tasks, and psychosocial support.
* 24/7 roster of support – shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
* Help clients live independently, safely, and with dignity.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in disability, aged care, or personal support roles.
* Comfortable with personal care and manual handling tasks.
* Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification (highly desirable).
* Reliable, compassionate, and client-focused.
