We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to lead the management and monitoring of clinical trials in oncology.
Key Responsibilities
* The ideal candidate will have experience in site management, regulatory compliance, and onsite monitoring.
* They should be able to manage a team of research associates and ensure that all trials are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in onsite monitoring is required.
* Candidates with experience in managing teams and conducting training sessions will be preferred.
