As a key member of the logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our container park.
Responsibilities include:
 * Validating import pre-booking details from shipping lines and customers to ensure accuracy and completeness
 * Monitoring pending bookings to ensure timely receipt of EDI export bookings from shipping lines
 * Providing general clerical support, including answering customer inquiries and processing paperwork
 * Accurately recording and maintaining container movement data
 * Coordinating with customers to optimize yard and traffic flow
 * Ensuring compliance with Australian Government regulations regarding import fumigation and tailgate inspection units
 * Managing container inventory and maintenance tasks
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
 * Minimum 2 years of experience in a data entry or administration role, preferably in a logistics setting
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
 * Proficiency in Excel
