Shaping Spaces. Shaping Careers.
We shape inspiring spaces and create exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impact — and we've been doing it for more than 35 years across Australia. From reimagining workplaces to transforming schools and hospitals, we believe great things happen when talented people are empowered to collaborate, innovate, and push boundaries. At SHAPE, you'll find a culture where your ideas matter, your growth is nurtured, and your contributions are celebrated.
About the role:

Working closely with our Site and Project Managers, you'll set the standard for safety, quality and professionalism on site. If you're hands‐on, take pride in your work and enjoy being the go‐to person on site, this is a role where you can really make your mark.

About you:
You're a hands‐on leader who thrives on keeping sites safe, organised, and productive. With a solutions‐focused mindset, you motivate teams, solve challenges on the fly, and take pride in delivering high‐quality results. Safety, efficiency, and teamwork aren't just priorities—they're how you work every day.
