What you'll be doing
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
* Execute in-store merchandising and promotional displays
* Drive distribution, ranging, and visibility across the territory
* Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Provide accurate reporting and market feedback
What You'll Bring
* FMCG or field sales experience (ideal but not essential)
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* A current driver's licence, and ability to travel regionally at least once a quarter
