The opportunity:

About the Role:
The team is currently seeking lawyers at Associate and Senior Associate level, which will see you working directly with respected Partners and experienced seniors, you’ll handle a diverse range of disputes including:
* Financial services and insolvency litigation
* Professional indemnity matters (including acting for regulators such as AHPRA)
* High-value corporate and commercial disputes
You’ll have early client contact, opportunities to brief counsel, and the support to take ownership of matters while building your own client relationships.
About you:
* 3-10 years’ PAE in commercial litigation (Associate and SA opportunities)
* Strong technical skills and file management
* Confident with clients and briefing counsel
Experience in financial services, professional indemnity and commercial or corporate disputes is an advantage.
