About the Role
This is a sales and service-focused position where you will be responsible for driving membership growth and delivering a premium front-of-house experience. You will play a key role in welcoming members, converting leads into long-term clients, and ensuring the club maintains its professional presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive membership sales through proactive lead generation and closing new memberships
* Convert phone and walk-in enquiries into appointments and memberships
* Track sales activity and work toward personal and team targets
* Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
* Maintain club cleanliness and professional presentation standards
* Manage reception duties, stock levels, and administrative tasks
* Participate in club promotions and marketing initiatives
* Engage in ongoing sales and personal development training
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent spelling, listening, and problem-solving abilities
* Basic math skills
* Fundamental understanding of the health and fitness industry
Preferred
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness
* CPR & First Aid Certification
* Previous sales and/or fitness industry experience
