Job Description
* Analyse and evaluate current business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new technology solutions.
* Develop and maintain detailed system specifications and technical documentation.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of system enhancements.
* Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
* Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
* Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to the public sector.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Systems Analyst should have:
* A strong background in business systems analysis, particularly within the public sector or related industries.
* Strong experience implementing TechnologyOne.
* Proven experience in identifying and implementing system improvements.
* Proficiency in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
* Knowledge of systems testing and quality assurance processes.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Adept at problem‐solving and analytical thinking.
* Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools used in the public sector.
* A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is desirable.
