* Balance budget and resource needs, optimizing performance.
* Build strong networks with stakeholders, cultivating partnerships.
* Coordinate service delivery with corporate initiatives, driving alignment.
* Work collaboratively with corporate services like Finance, IT, and WHS, leveraging expertise.
* Manage cross-functional challenges, prioritizing solutions.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and standards, maintaining a culture of excellence.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
* Compile accurate reports on service delivery and compliance, informing strategic decisions.

Requirements

* A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, human services, or a related field, demonstrating expertise.
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing operational alignment between corporate and service functions, showcasing leadership.
* Ability to manage and plan work autonomously, exercising judgment in problem-solving and decision-making.
* Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with legislation, compliance, and quality standards relevant to service delivery and corporate operations, upholding best practices.
