The Cooroy Hotel is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our team. Located in the heart of the Noosa Hinterland, we’re all about good food, good vibes, and a supportive team culture for our community focused venue.
Responsibilities
- Running the day-to-day with a kitchen team of 10
- Backing up the Head Chef and keeping service running smoothly
- Helping out with menus, stock, and kitchen organisation
- Making sure food quality and hygiene are always spot-on
- Leading by example and keeping the team motivated

- Experience running or supervising in a busy kitchen
- A reliable, enthusiastic team player who loves what they do
- Strong communication and people skills
- Must have the right to work in Australia
