What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and grow relationships with key clients
* Lead a team to deliver projects and performance outcomes
* Coordinate day-to-day project and program delivery, including managing lead briefs, forms, and documentation
* Present clear, data-backed insights that guide decision-making
* Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
* Manage budgets, quoting, reconciliation, invoicing and reporting
* Collaborate cross-functionally and foster a high-performing team culture
* Maintain compliance with internal processes and WHS standards
What We're Looking For
* 1-3 years' experience within FMCG - supplier sales, category or marketing experience preferred
* Demonstrated knowledge of Grocery channel
* Proven experience in client and account management
* A strategic, commercial mindset with a flair for problem-solving
* Leadership capability - you know how to coach, motivate and elevate a team
* Financial and data literacy - you know your way around reports and insights
* Confident communication and presentation skills
* Curiosity, initiative, and a drive for results
* Experience in sales strategy, store or field program management, or compliance/reporting frameworks will get bonus points
