We are expanding our Customer Service Team We're now looking to add an additional full-time employee to join our hardworking, dedicated team of Customer Service Representatives.

About the role
We start every day off with a coffee and a team meeting to ensure we are ready to tackle the day ahead of us.
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll work across our three store locations: Warragul, Morwell, and Pakenham.
If you'd prefer to be based more permanently in either Morwell or Pakenham, just let us know - we're happy to discuss.
Our stores are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and we are offering a full time role at 37.5 hours per week.
This is abusy, dynamic role where flexibility and adaptability are key. You'll find yourself multitasking and switching gears - whether it's helping customers in person, taking phone calls, answering emails, or assisting with equipment trials. It's a fast-paced environment, but it's also deeply rewarding - especially when you see the direct impact of your efforts on our customers' lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing in-store customer support and product guidance
* Answering incoming phone enquiries
* Responding to email queries
* Restocking and maintaining the showroom
* Creating and sending quotes, sometimes submitting jobs through digital portals
* Supporting equipment trials alongside customers and occupational therapists

What we're looking for
We're seeking someone who is:
* Empathetic and solution-focused
* A quick thinker with strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Flexible, reliable, and eager to contribute as part of a team
* Strong computer literacy and confidence in learning new systems
Experience
* Minimum VCE level or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years in a customer service or administrative role preferred
* Experience in Allied Health or personal care is a plus
