This is a standalone Management Accountant role, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Own the financial management function, including monthly management accounts, job costing, and cashflow forecasting.
Provide financial insights to Directors and project managers, supporting tender pricing, compliance, and project governance.
Liaise with external accountants for quarterly reporting, year-end workpapers, and taxation matters.
Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls across the business.
About you: Construction experience is essential, you know job costing and project economics.
CA/CPA qualified with 4–7+ years in management accounting or commercial finance.
Strong Xero skills Independent, proactive, and confident in leading finance for a growing business.
