We are seeking highly skilled engineers to join our Grid Connection Team. As Australia's clean energy transformation accelerates, we need talented professionals who can connect new technologies to the grid safely, reliably, and efficiently.
This graduate program is designed to fast-track your career and immerse you in the most exciting challenges in energy. Over two years, you'll rotate through four organisations - an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), a National Service Provider (NSP), a Developer, and AEMO - gaining experience across the full spectrum of grid connection engineering.
What You'll Do
* Collaborate with senior engineers on power system modelling and simulation.
* Analyse system performance and conduct incident reviews to identify risks and trends.
* Develop and maintain software tools to automate technical studies.
* Create technical reports and documentation that inform real-world decisions.

* Build relationships with industry experts and stakeholders across the sector.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (graduating before 2026).
