Delivery Excellence Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Delivery Excellence Manager to drive process improvement within our Amazon Last Mile Delivery business.
* Drive process excellence by collaborating with teams to optimize delivery station operations and provide tools for performance enhancement.
* Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing and contribute to audit initiatives.
* Analyze data to drive decisions and implement effective change processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* First-hand contact for station management regarding process improvements and benchmarking.
* Work on effective change processes and contribute to deployment of Process Standard implementations and upgrades.
* Sustain peak-time management responsibilities, including day-to-day management of a Delivery Station and providing leadership to Operations Supervisors.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree.
* 3+ years of warehousing or transportation management experience.
* Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other OE tools.
