With a strong focus on proactive risk management, systems improvement, and frontline engagement, your impact will help shape a culture of care, accountability and continuous improvement across the business.Key Responsibilities include:Lead, coach and develop a national team of Safety Business PartnersProvide technical safety expertise and support to regional and senior leadersEmbed and drive the WHS management system across the organisationOversee incident investigations, audits, inspections, and risk assessmentsPartner with stakeholders to drive a strong, proactive safety cultureDevelop HSW improvement plans aligned with organisational prioritiesAnalyse safety performance data and provide strategic reporting insightsSupport regulatory compliance, including liaison with external bodiesChampion early intervention and collaborate on injury management strategiesLead the delivery of targeted safety training and capability buildingAbout YouYou're a hands-on, solutions-focused safety professional who thrives on engaging with people and lifting safety maturity.
