Child Safety and Risk Assessment Role
We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team in assessing safety and risk for children and young people within a multi-disciplinary program.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' frontline experience in statutory child protection services or within statutory investigation services.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake assessments to identify and address safety and risk concerns for children and young people. They will also engage in collaborative, child-focused practice that acknowledges and respects the culture and context of each child, young person and their carers/family.
To be successful in this role, applicants must demonstrate strong attention to detail, highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and self-management skills.
A valid driver's license (P1 or above) and a paid working with children clearance number are essential requirements for this position.
Role Context
The JCPR Caseworker will work collaboratively with other professionals to assess safety and risk for children and young people. The role involves undertaking assessments to identify and address safety and risk concerns, engaging in collaborative, child-focused practice, and developing and maintaining networks and relationships with partner agencies and other stakeholders.
